Table tennis tournament

A teenage table tennis tournament took place at Reimer Center, where participants competed for the honorable title of King of Reimer Center. The event became an explosion of emotions for the boys, who already knew each other well after months of attending meetings, workshops, and activities together. The tournament was an opportunity not only to test their skills but also to feel the warmth of friendly rivalry, where everyone knows each other’s style, strengths, and weaknesses.

The hall quickly filled with laughter and the familiar sounds of ping-pong battles — the bounce of the ball, shouts of excitement, and friendly jokes between serves. The atmosphere was playful and truly teenage: light, relaxed, yet full of energy and the desire to show their best. The boys supported each other, joked, and pushed one another to play even better, showing how strong their bond had become at Reimer Center.

Even though the participants knew each other’s playing styles well, every match remained unpredictable. Some duels lasted longer due to stubborn teenage determination, while others ended with sudden precise strikes that sparked laughter and applause. Victories were celebrated joyfully, and defeats were met with humor and friendly pats on the back.

In the final, the calmest and most focused player was a boy named Nikita, who earned the title of King of Reimer Center. The others sincerely congratulated him, seeing his victory as a small win for the whole group.

Despite the war and daily challenges, Reimer Center remains a place where teenagers can laugh, play, build friendships, and simply live. The table tennis tournament once again showed how important it is to have an island of joy even in the hardest times.
